The main task of the headquarters is to help people arriving in Russia from Donbas. The Foundation team jointly with volunteers from the People's Front, All-Russian Student Rescue Corps, Molodezhka ONF, Russian Red Cross Society, Association of Volunteer Centres (AVC), and other volunteer organisations collects, sorts, and provides targeted humanitarian aid for people in places of temporary accommodation.
The main aid is currently rendered to families with children, the elderly, and the disabled.
We have been practicing industrial foodsharing in Rostov Oblast since 2013. This means that the Foundation already has a well-functioning scheme for cooperation with partners, as well as resources to provide humanitarian aid in emergencies, namely warehouses, volunteers, and arrangements with donors.
For the last 24 hours, retailers provided five lorries with basic necessities: water, baby food, canned food, and hygiene products.
Right now we continue to form reserves from donors, work on issue of food cards, and raise money to buy basic necessities.
